Primarily focusing on the provision of applications to allow the monitoring of field based staff who reclaim mileage for business related visits, SPG Data Ltd have an off the shelf service for staff to log in and out of calls, thus recording where they are at any point in time .... and how long they spend at each visit.
Our Apps will also allow for further data capture to be prompted before / after or during a visit should this be necessary and all data is available real-time for team leaders and management to better manage their field staff.
Back end, the travel data and additional expense items are added as staff incur them and are fed into our own expense management processes. Management can view expense and movements prior to any monthly cut off and most importantly before expenditure sign off.

Knowing that both field staff and management time is precious, the expenses creation and authorisation process is semi automated and logical.
Exceptions are highlighted for staff and management to clearly see where these occur. Finance approval allows for adjustments and the like to be
made before exporting to your existing accounts package with all account codes and summary figures calculated for you.
